Refund & Return Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Effective Date: August 28, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

At MyAnimal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While most of the products available on the MyAnimal platform (“Platform”) can be returned, subject to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”), please check the details of the product before placing an order to confirm if the product is eligible for a return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 10 days of delivery. It must be in the same condition that you received it\u2014unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (such as a digital\/physical invoice or order ID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns or exchanges of products in the following categories will not be accepted (unless received damaged or incorrect):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Perishable goods, food, supplements, and consumables<\/li>\n
  • Medicines, vaccines, and hygiene-related products<\/li>\n
  • Customized or personalized items<\/li>\n
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Product pages will outline whether a specific product is returnable or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To initiate a return request, please log into your MyAnimal account and initiate a return via the “My Orders” section. After your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup for the item. Alternatively, you can contact us at info@myanimal.in or at +91 9667229080 for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Order Cancellation<\/strong> You may cancel any order before the dispatch of the item has taken place to receive a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be treated as a standard return subject to the terms above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Platform retains the right to cancel any order placed by you, at its sole discretion, and shall intimate you of the same. For any questions relating to the return or cancellation of any products, you can always contact us at info@myanimal.in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Damages and Issues<\/strong> Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately, but no later than 48 hours of delivery, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide images of the received product along with your notification so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Refunds<\/strong> In the event you place a return request for any product purchased by you, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product returned by you, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount to your original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the event of a valid pre-dispatch cancellation of an order, any amount paid by you with respect to such transaction shall be refunded to your original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval of the return or cancellation request. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Shipping Cost Refunds<\/strong> Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The only exception to this is if the return is being made due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item being delivered to you, in which case the shipping costs will be covered by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
