Avertin is a potent oral endecticide solution and contains Ivermectin. Ivermectin belongs to the group, Macrocyclic lactones and is highly effective against a wide range of parasites from Nematodes to Ectoparasitic arthropods. Single oral administration is effective against the adults and larvae of all major roundworm parasites of sheep, cattle and horses including inhibited larvae of Oestertagia in cattle.
Avertin is highly effective in treating various ectoparasites like, lice, mites, ticks and parasitic fly larvae

Composition
Ivermectin BP : 0.08% w/v
Indications
Nematodal infections – Gastro intestinal nematodes, eye worms and lung worms.
Ectoparasites like ticks, lice, mites and nasal bots in sheep and goats, cutaneous myasis, and demodectic mange.
Administration and Dosage
(200 mcg ivermectin per kg body weight.)
Cattle and Buffaloes: 25 ml per 100 kg bodyweight.
Sheep and Goats:5 ml per 20 kg bodyweight.
