Megadox-N has Doxycycline which is most effective against Mycoplasma, Staphylococci, Chlamydiae, Rickettsiae, and E-Coli. It has Neomycin which is specifically effective against E-Coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Proteus, and Enterobacter species. It exhibits the most potent synergistic effect because of the right combination of two antibiotics which covers both systemic and gut infections.

Composition
Each gram contains
Doxycycline Hydrochloride I.P. Equivalent to Doxycycline : 100 mg.
Neomycin Sulphate I.P. Equivalent to Neomycin : 100 mg.
Indications
Poultry:Â For treatment of mixed infections specially complicated CRD, Nonspecific diarrhoea, Blue Comb, Mud Fever, Fowl Cholera, Coli-septicemia, Pullorum disease, infectious synovitis. Secondary bacterial infections caused by gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
Large and Small animals: Respiratory infections, Pneumonia, Haemorrhagic Septicaemia, Black Quarter, Anthrax, Mastitis, Leptospirosis, Listeriosis, Actinobacillosis, Lamb pneumonia. Secondary complications associated with Blue Tongue, Foot and Mouth and other viral diseases.

Use as prescribed by the doctor.
Dosage

| Prevention of early mortality | 1 gm in 10 litres of drinking water for 4-5 days |
| Prophylactic treatment | 1 gm in 10 litres of drinking water for 4-5 days. |
| Treatment of severe outbreaks | 1 gm in 5 litres of drinking water for 4-5 days or till infection is eliminated. |
| Large and Small animals | |
| Cattle, Horses, Sheep and Goats, Swine and Dogs | 10-20 mg. of Megadox-N / Kg of body weight orally for 3-5 days or till the infection is eliminated. |
| Double the dose should be given on the first day for faster results. | |
