Siproxin 10% is the fourth generation fluoroquinolone formulation and having highly potent anti-microbial feature to eradicate bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase which is responsible for bacterial DNA replication.

Siproxin 10% is highly absorbed from the gut and reaches the maximum plasma concentration within ½ to 1 hour and then it distributes efficiently to different tissues, especially lung, liver and kidney.
