Cereal grains constitute 55-65% of poultry feed. Arabinoxylans are the major components of cell walls of cereal grains. The soluble and insoluble xylans trap nutrients reducing the bioavailability to birds. SynerZyme-XL hydrolyzes both soluble and insoluble xylans in many types of feed grains, increasing the release of nutrients and favouring production performance.
